Our comprehensive education program takes a distinctive approach: members work through all six Breaking Into Wall Street (BIWS) guides before the end of freshman year. Summer education reinforces and builds on that foundation, so members enter sophomore year fully prepared for technical interviews and recruiting.

Travel to New York to visit leading investment banks and gain a closer look at the industry. Meet professionals, learn about different teams and career paths, and ask questions about their work and recruiting experiences. The trek also gives members time to connect with one another beyond campus.

Work with experienced members to develop polished resumes and cover letters that clearly communicate your strengths. Through peer review and practical feedback, refine your bullet points, highlight relevant experience, and tailor your materials to the roles you are pursuing. Build a strong foundation for internship and full-time applications.

Extensive behavioral and technical mocks with upperclassmen who have secured offers at top firms and within a recruiting group helping each other out throughout the process.

Build a thoughtful approach to networking, from writing effective outreach emails to preparing for coffee chats and informational interviews. Learn how to research firms, ask meaningful questions, follow up professionally, and maintain relationships with alumni and industry professionals.
